Can I order prescriptions through the Ramsay Pharmacy website?
Yes! Simply click here and you can order prescriptions and pharmacist only medicines through our Ramsay Pharmacy app or website.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Ramsay Pharmacy aims to fulfil and ship orders within a 24 hour (business day) period however factors beyond our control may delay fulfilment. Shipping fulfilment and transit times may vary during peak periods. Ramsay Pharmacy does not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping timeframes after dispatch are available here. Please note that the pandemic and other outside influences can affect the estimated shipping timeframes sometimes without notice. For accurate shipping timeframes refer to your postage tracking information sent after purchase.

How can I track my online order?
After purchasing online, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from us, and once your order has been shipped you’ll receive an email from Australia Post with all of your tracking information. Simply follow the prompts in that email to track your order.
How do I return a product that I purchased online?
We offer refunds on any products that are deemed:
- Faulty or is not as described
- Not fit for the intended purpose
- Expired
- Different to what was advertised
- Unsafe
- Not of acceptable quality.
To request a refund or replacement email, the reason for the refund or replacement along with a copy of your proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase. We will then respond with details of where to send the product.
How do I place my first order online?
It’s easy! Browse through our product categories and for any products you wish to purchase click the ‘add to basket’ symbol. When you’re ready to checkout click the shopping cart icon at the top of the page, fill in your details for delivery and payment, and follow the steps to complete your order.
What should I do if my credit card is declined?
If your payment fails, you’ll be able to process the order again with the same or alternate card. If your card declines repeatedly, we suggest getting in contact with your financial institution if you believe the problem is in error.
My product has been recalled. What do I do?
Please contact eCommerce.RPG@ramsayhealth.com.au and provide details of the item and we’ll come back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order has been placed we begin processing it, so unfortunately we cannot change or cancel your order once placed. If your products meet the exchange conditions you’re more than welcome to exchange your product.
Do you deliver in my area?
We deliver Australia wide!
Is it safe to enter my credit card and personal details?
Yes it is safe. We do not store your credit card details and our website is endorsed by an SSL certificate to ensure security of your payment.
We do not see your credit card details when purchasing online, and all transactions are performed by the banking institutions.
Will I earn reward points with my better rewards card and can I redeem points online?
Simply tick yes I’m a rewards member when checking out and we’ll add the points to your account when your order is shipped. Unfortunately you currently cannot redeem points online, but we are working towards having this option available very soon!
How do I get in contact if I have a question about a product or my order?
