We follow rigorous daily hygiene and cleaning processes and ask that you also help by avoiding unnecessary touching of merchandise, counters, payment machines and other store items. Where possible, we ask you to please use a card payment to reduce the handling of cash.

Wash your hands or use hand sanitiser before going to the counter. Please practise good hand hygiene by washing your hands for a minimum of 20 seconds with soap before rinsing. Use an alcohol- based sanitiser that contains 60-95% of ethanol or isopropanol. As advised from the Australian Government Department of Health and the Chief Medical Officer, good hygiene also includes coughing and sneezing into the inside of your elbow, abstaining from touching your face and discarding tissues immediately after use into a bin, closing the bin afterwards.

Exercise physical distancing by refraining from any contact with others whilst in the pharmacy. Virtual handshakes and smiles are welcome! Please maintain a distance of 1.5m or 6 feet from everyone, even if you are well, whilst in the pharmacy.

It’s important to remain healthy this flu season and the flu vaccination has been shown to prevent illness in 50-60% of healthy adults under the age of 65 years It is your best form of protection against the flu this winter.
